How can we help?

Pick the side that describes you. If we do not represent you yet, start with a free case review. If we already do, your case team has its own forms so your message reaches the people handling your claim.

New clients

We do not represent you yet

The case review asks the questions we need in order to tell you whether we can help. There is no cost, no obligation, and no attorney fee unless you win benefits.

  • Initial applications, reconsiderations, hearings and appeals
  • Social Security only — SSDI and SSI
  • English and Spanish
New clients — free case review

It takes about fifteen minutes, and it tells us whether your claim is one we can take. If it is not, we will say so and point you somewhere that can help.

Current clients

We already represent you

Send an update, ask a question about your claim, or get documents to us. Everything here goes to the people working your file rather than into the new-client queue.

  • Case status, hearings and appointments
  • New doctors, treatment or medications
  • Address, phone or email changes
Current clients — updates & questions Send documents

Documents we usually need: medical records and office notes, test and imaging results, hospital discharge summaries, medication lists, and any letter Social Security has sent you — denials, hearing notices and award letters.

Cases we cannot take. We do not handle overpayment cases. If Social Security has sent you an overpayment notification, please call or visit your nearest Social Security Administration office. We also do not handle cases where you were receiving disability and are appealing a termination. If you were terminated, did not appeal, and have filed a new application for benefits, we can handle your case.
